BLAQclouds is a U.S. based technology company that is aggressively acquiring income producing digital properties in the blockchain sector. The company recently purchased 100% of ZEUS Blockchain Partners, a digital application company, with a solid foundation as a Layer 1 EVM Chain, a Layer 2 DEX, a Layer 2 NFT Minting Engine, a Layer 2 Payment Plugin and a Layer 2 Media and Social Media Application.

On March 2, 2025 Blaqclouds closed the acquisition of the REFLEX ecosystem, which includes over 500,000 users on REFLEX Cloud Mining, REFLEX VOD, TOPIXER and the Quasar Wallet.
The Reflex project wants to completely revolutionize the world of web3 building an ecosystem of apps and platforms about metaverse, socials, crypto games and mobile mining, oriented to give back to the people of the web the monetary value of their online activities. RFX is the utility token of the Reflex ecosystem built on ERC20, BEP20 and ZRC20 networks, which is the heart of the Reflex technology platforms.

Nick Stover, is an entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in marketing, operations, and team management. He has held executive roles as a two-time Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), two-time Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager, and the first Director of Social Media for a Division I NCAA Athletic Department. Over the past 23 years, he has led teams of hundreds and spearheaded marketing initiatives for organizations scaling to valuations ranging from six to ten figures.

In 2016, Nick co-founded Shark Jockey, a full-service agency dedicated to guiding business owners, influencers, and athletes through complex marketing challenges. Shark Jockey’s proprietary tools and techniques empower clients across industries to build, monetize, and scale their marketing efforts while establishing a strong online presence.

Under Nick’s leadership, Shark Jockey has served hundreds of clients, developing strategic marketing campaigns and tailored product branding solutions. He has also played a key role in developing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) campaigns to support NCAA and professional athletes.

Dr. Todd Zang is a professionally licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, actively practicing since 1994. He serves as a multi-facility provider across over 50 nursing home facilities in Arizona and Nevada, specializing in diabetic foot care, wound management, and geriatric podiatry. Known affectionately as The Flower Doctor for his compassionate approach, Dr. Zang is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded and successfully exited multiple medical businesses, including group homes, podiatry practices, personal care agencies, and a hospice agency.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Zang has contributed to biomedical research, laser technologies, and diabetes prevention initiatives. He has also been featured in a national television commercial for Balance of Nature (Watch Here). Anthony Emmert brings 20 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Army, specializing in operations management, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and logistics. His career is marked by a deep understanding of ERISA regulations, plan design, compliance, and client relationship management.
